Oh thank you . MY I-360 was approved on 02/26 /21 and did not received the approval letter 😫. Ufff

Same here . I got my EAD on June 12. Still haven’t received my approval letter for I 360 yet . If your receipt date is before their current processing times date . Try to make an inquiry through congressman in your district , they might be able to get a copy of your approval letter or at least tell you where your application stands  I guess .

Congratulations.  Am I supposed to receive c 31 as well if form 360 is approved? Or do you file separately for c31?

You do not file separately for C31 . It is in your I 360 application  that asks you if you want EAD card upon approval of your case . If you check yes  on that section it’s automatically mailed out once the I 360 is approved.

Oh Wow if your application is filed 2016. You can have ombudsman’s office look into it . It’s way out of processing times . You should talk to your lawyer about your options as something is definitely not right !

Trust me I did all those inquiries many time . All my lawyer says I have to wait

The purpose of PF is to give you a “shield” from deportation while your case is being adjudicated and also qualifies for some benefits .

PF only gives you an ability to quality for public benefits that are not given to GC holders who have been in the US for less than 5 years.  It has nothing to do with your deportation and the adjudication of your VAWA.

Looks like you read it wrong . It qualifies you for benefits while your case is being adjudicated . The key word is WHILE . Nobody said anything about PF affecting adjudication . Also you can look up quote unquote meaning I guess . Everybody has their understanding of it ….
