Hello guys as I have promise to share with you my case history so here we go

 

I filled I-360 June 12 2019  

received just one rfe February 11 2021 

responded to rfe received may 11 2021 

new card being produced Aug 2 2021 

we mailed your new card Aug 4 2021 🥺😊

Lawyer take over from June 12 2019

 

married Aug 2018

i-485 received Sept 13, 2018 with i-130 received sep 7 2018 and I-765 received Sept 7 2018 with i-131

interview scheduled for i-485 August 21, 2019 

 

 

My interview is still pending still because I put it on hold while awaiting for decision on my vawa, during the wait I'm on my third Ead, and I'm only married for 5month🥺, and it it take 25 month for my vawa to be approved since I filled so for those who are awaiting for a decision on there vawa, I wish you all good luck and your long wait is about to be over

before my interview date, my lawyer write them together with my i-360 receipt that they should  hold my interview until decision is made about my i-360

my lawyer did let them know but i am still scheduled for interview 😕

Yes mine till now is still showing interview scheduled  since 2019 so I don't think you should be worried about that, if I may ask you when did you file for I-360 vawa and when was your interview date for your previous i-485

i filled in august 2020 for i485 and oct 2020 vawa interview date is this month

It’s normal timeline, I have few friends who are still waiting oct , nov 2018 . I’m surprised to see you guys approved within 24 months . 
Plus due to COVID-19 I understand work load on Vawa unit . 
Im happy all worked out well .

Normal processing time is up to 26 months per uscis website. Therefore 33 months is abnormal!

Yeah we had somebody from october 2019 being approved recently...I will never get my head around USCIS time processing as it's definitely unfair!

i have concurrent filling with i485 and applied vawa but i dont have the approval yet but they scheduled me interview
