I'm sorry if my questions are stupid but I have two questions!

1.Does Uscis send forms I-360s to NBC for reviewing?

2. Can applicants have interviews based on I-360 in their field offices to determine approval?

Thank you for your reply!

I believe the i360s are sent to the local office after adjudication. I say this because when I attended my interview I saw a thick tan file that had most of the i360 documents as the officer was flipping through it very quickly! Second question… no there’s no interview for i360 only i485! At least to the best of my knowledge!👍

You probably can request it through your congressperson or senator!👍

It still doesn’t show on case status check . All it says card was delivered to me by post office . That’s why my lawyer is saying we don’t have much to go on ….. does it have to be state specific senator ?

Most attorneys don’t like intrusions they want to be the only intervention! You can contact your senator without their knowledge! What makes them your senator or congressperson is because they are in charge of the division/constituency in which you reside so yes to your last question!👍

It’s ok…attend your interview. If they ask i360 questions please respond…though they’re not supposed to! If it’s i485, by all means respond… no point being worried! Interviews helps the officers clarify and bring closure! This might surprisingly be your last interview… they may not require you to come for another interview… keep your fingers crossed🤞🏼 All the best. Praying for you!🙏

Well both of these FO ‘s have similar processing times . If they make the transfer fast you shouldn’t lose a lot of time in waiting . How long did you have to wait for your I360 approval notice after the card was issued ?

I have a very important question now family

please help!

As you can see my EAD was approved but it doesn't say what category or anything till I get it and see it. My question is - could it be the C31 bc I chose that as an option and I'm a Nov 2019 filer and I know it's getting close... Should I just wait with fingers crossed?

It looks like it’s under your I-765 application. When you get a card production update under your I-360, that means vawa approved and you get it under C31 category.

You will only receive the EAD C31 in the mail, if you requested it on your VAWA application.

Hi. I submitted c9 2 weeks before my approval letter . I am confused . Do you I need to submit c31 or Uscis will send it automatically since I have Vawa approval.? Thank you
