Yes card production means approval! How do I know for sure? My card production date was March 28th of 2019 and approval update in April! Enquiry response from USCIS to my Senator said clearly “…Her VAWA was approved on the 28th of March…” that’s when I knew for sure that card production date is the approval date!😊👍

I filled Application on February 11 2021. If you have Aug19 then you supposed get decision but you said you have sent RFE 2 months ago meant you supposed to wait 120 days to a response  after sending a RFE

Your case is definitely stretching more than necessary…but hey getting a PF doesn’t mean the end is not near! I was approved one month after receiving PF valid for 6months! Cheer up bro you have a fam in us!👍

If you checked under the part c 31 “yes”. Then automatically you will receive the EAD card when your case is approved  . If your case is approved you can request a copy of your approval notice by filing form I-824 . That should get you a copy of your approval notice .

How long did it take you to get the approval notice by mail ? It’s been 2 month since I got my EAD card .

If you have an attorney. They usually file g-28 form and they get all the mail . If you don’t have one I should suggest you check with USCIS what address they have on file . There might be an issue with mail going to your old address maybe .

I'm sorry if my questions are stupid but I have two questions! 

1.Does Uscis send forms I-360s to NBC for reviewing? 

2. Can applicants have interviews based on I-360 in their field offices to determine approval?

After I got my EAD C31, the approval notice came in about 4weeks later!👍
