Today I received that my application is rejected .  I applied for I-485, I-765 and I-131 based on my I-360 approval . I sent the I-797 approval notice copy with my filing. According to my calculation , it should be 1225 dollars . Can somebody help me where I made the mistake ?  Because I didn't understand what is the exact issue . 565852538_ScreenShot2021-07-26at9_08_06PM.thumb.png.9bbe2a6a21862372955ad59ae54333f1.png

Hello Family

One of my friend need your help. Please help him.

This is denial of one of my friend.  He is very upset since he received denial notice. If family can suggest him next step, i will be more than happy. @sandranj @

This should be pretty simple. Looks like he did not provide sufficient evidence to the RFE about GMC. USCIS clearly mentions what they need here and from this forum I have learned that if you get this RFE, you also need to submit police report/FBI record etc. I'll let @Stillwinning!!!😊respond too, but he should act fast in gathering these records and writing clearly about his criminal history

since this is denial now, it would even be a good idea to consult with a lawyer

What did he/she sent with the application? It looks like this letter is saying the applicant didn’t send any supporting documents. Maybe he/she can re-apply sending all the required documents

We got an appointment with attorney here in NJ for Thursday. Let's see what this attorney says.

He can file an appeal and submit police reports from home country and every place he lived in the United States

are they asking only for police reports showing he doesn't have criminal records.

You pretty much have it covered! My input will just be repetitive. @First timer your friend needed to have obtained police clearance and the self written statement would have been an addition. Is your friend in removal proceedings? Best to reaply and address the areas in question.👍
