OMG guys I received my GC on the mail today.  I can not believe it!!!!! A feeling of freedom I can’t explain! once again thanks everyone. The journey is long and sometimes it feels like it

Hey guys, My GC arrived today.  I can't even explain the feeling, but I just know that I'm going to start living life. My only advise for you is to be patience and believe in god.  🙏

make sure you have this documents handy:

 

(1) your previous EAD card if you have it 

 

(2)  your photo ID card if you have it

 

(3) your social security card 

 

(4) your any notice of action receipt notice

I doubt they will let you in the building without a receipt. If you miss it, you will have to reschedule. 

I rescheduled mine in November 2020, they called me in, July 22, 2021. Took 8 months to rescheduled. 

Your lawyer is so unreliable.  Why didn't he email you the receipt?

Even with all the documents I mentioned earlier they can still turn you back for not presenting the fingerprint appointment notice, but if I were you I will just go and try my luck.

Yes 02/26 /21 this year after long 5 years .

No i did not receive biometric appointment yet. last update on i-485 was in March that it was transferred to another office.

What is your filed office, mine is log island and i-485 is already out of processing time. I got C31 Ead in march,  and i-360 approval notice on June 1st.

08/2017 - Married USC

09/2017 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2017 - Approval  I-765, I-131

09/2018 Renewal application for I-765, I-131

04/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled 

04/2019 - I-485 denied, husband withdrew

05/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131 

12/2019 EAD, AP approval

07/2020 EAD, AP renewal sent to Vermont

10/2020 EAD, AP Approval

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center

I-485 applied October 2017

Vawa approved January 2020

Green card approved October 2020.

You can apply 2 years 9 months from the start date on your green card.

Maybe the one they have is expired but it won't hurt to go get it done if they asked for a new set.
