If they ask you in for another interview and ask about abuse , if the abuser had abused your children as well and you also suffered abuse from inlaws, should you mention that? Since it was not directly between you and the abuser/spouse 

You should mention just the abuse  that you wrote  in your affidavit..They don't care about the in-laws.

I had one filed in March 2018 approved a few days ago.

They should mention date and place where they were born.Current address and phone number.They should notarize the affidavits.They should mention when and how they met you and your abuser, what does she/he know about the marriage and the abuse.If they visited you and your spouse in your home etc.

Mine is on security check after vawa got approved back in January 2020 . So my case is a year in security check. ((( and there is nothing you can do unfortunately.  I contacted my congressperson they replied to them 5 months later that it's still on security check. They don't even reply if the case was sent to the local office..

I received update month ago  for my 360 " correspondence was received and uscis  is reviewing  it " my lawyer and me never sent any add information. i haven't received any rfe after when i sent my vawa full package. did anybody have same experience what the update mean?  does it means will be denied my case? PD 2019

Hi,

My I-360 has the same update. Based on some previous sharings, I know that the status will be changed to like that when the case was assigned to IO to review it. Please correct me if I’m wrong

my case is still in Vermont service center . who said that it assigned IO ? I never heard the info.  when did you got the notification

Your case would be assigned to the IO from Vermont service to review. I know it from some previous postings here

Sometimes it's just a glitch. It happened to me for one of the petitions and there was no updates

GOD IS AMAZING!!!!!A day after I got the I-765 expedite denial,the congressman rep reached out and asked for my passport signature page,as USCIS couldn't verify my signature on the privacy release form I had submitted.She sent that in and today I got a message from my lawyer saying New Card is being produced!!!!!!! It also says so on my status update on the USCIS site.I saw it at work and screamed!!!!!!!Its been months of anxiety and sleepless nights.Does anyone have any idea how many days it takes to get the EAD after this type of message?

I received same but I didn't send anything or receive an RFE. Like what someone said it may be a glitch. When did you submit?
