when did you file for i360? when did you get the interview and after how long ?

You need something to convince the IO, in this case maybe you should take a copies of your form I-360 with you to the interview and convince the officer with that because it’s too late for the I-360 receipt, good luck

After I-360 approval you need to file the I-485 for your green card if you don’t have a petition pending already. This can easily be done by yourself, without a lawyer if you don’t have any other immigration issues.

Did you have to redo your fingerprints? When you first filed your i485 did you do your biometric s then too?

Yes Vermont Service Center is the place to sent all your forms.

Me. My Vawa was approved in November/2020 still waiting for interview from the Miami office.

Not waiting for interview. Still waiting on i-360 approval. But I live in Miami as well. How long have you been waiting so far? Also give me an update when you get interview.

it was my first time doing biometrics in USA after living here for years.
