Thank you, but still its confusing because they already approved it and I-360 can't go anywhere from approval. It can I guess but let's hope that's not the case..

I think it going to initial review is a glitch. Only real thing that can happen to an approved application is something popping up that causes questions regarding eligibility and USCIS will issue a Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR), which is basically a very late RFE with a timeframe for your response. If you prevail - the application will remain approved, if you don't then they will withdraw the approval and deny it instead.

With VAWA that can only really happen at the interview stage if you say something completely contradictory to your original claim.

Hello

I have submitted a response to a request for evidence.
I have sent a certificate from the Police of my country. Am I experiencing enough of this?
I have sent a lot of documents before...

Are they reviewing documents that were submitted earlier?

Hi dear. What was the RFe? Was is good moral character? If so, you had to submit your police clearance report while you were in usa

I got it but i am not sure why they are asking for atleast 3 years background check report when you stayed in usa for less than 2 years

i would write a detailed affidavit and explaining my situation and also ask your friends in usa to write an affidavit for you during your stay in usa. Ask church or other community services as well

Thanks for the answer.
Nobody knows exactly (probably) what is meant
I have a lot of letters from friends in America. And these letters were sent earlier.

They are looking at the period three years before you filed VAWA.  Make sure your new police clearances have all three alias on it or they will not accept it.

These are translation errors ... But I can't give an answer that my name is spelled differently ...
I didn't give them that in the letter.
Now should I wait?

I know you believe they are translation errors, but you can dispute them with the police clearance using those names.  It is the same as getting a police clearance in your maiden name.  They want your history before marriage.

After a few days of getting the interview cancellation, I got another online update that my case has been scheduled for interview but I didn’t receive any notice in the mail for all the updates. My lawyer is not responding to me at all. How do I get a copy of the notice and ask for a change of address? If i do it online i know it might take awhile and I might miss my interview. Help pls! @FeDaniela @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandranj @TBoneTX
