2) As informed, I tried e-request because the mail was not delivered. I chose the option that I checked in the photo attached because in other form there was no i-360 form option.. so my question is: is it the right section to request resend the card(that was not delivered)?

USCIS also provide a tracking number after the notification Card was mail to me, check the case number until they provide the USPS tracking #

Hello everyone ! 
i have been waiting since Feb 2018 .. made alot of inquiries contacted congressmen and senators i also contacted USCIS ombudsman

4 months ago i received an RFE my lawyer sent the Response 2 months ago , but until now no update on their system that they received our response! now iam worried started to think that they didn’t receive my response or lost or something ! Or this is normal ! How can i make sure they received it !? 
Iam not able to make an info pass over the phone because of the nature of the case ! I used yo write them inquires and send them via mail but never received any response from them 

any one know can i make sure my response is already there !

Hi same here! I used to send them inquiries to Vermont, no response. but then i contacted the congressman and they said my case moved in Boston, and probably that is why they did not respond. Applied November 2018. Here I am, Working Permit expired, and waiting for the interview.....

They sent your case to Boston without updating the system !

Oh I see.. then the next step hasn’t been taken yet, has it?

I’m sorry to bother with asking simple questions over and over again but I did(do) not know what to expect to happen 😅… I genuinely appreciate your response🙏🏻.

 

Also is it normal nothing happening  for more than a month after this notification?

Yes. And i didn't even received a notice that my I-360 was approved. I only found out when they sent me the working permit that was based on C31 that means approved I360. Its sitting like that for 1.3 years now. Now my WP is expired since April and Senator told me to wait for the interview. Its just a nerve wrecking process going on for 3 years now... feel like it will never end:(
