I submitted my i360 application feb 2019 ,RFE September 2020 ,then June 25 card being produced on my i360 ..that’s over 2 years plus on this i360 ,and I still have to start doing another waiting for the i485 ..but we thank God ,life without no papers in America is like living I. did you receive any rfe ? i submitted outside of the processing time i got RFE in two weeks. I responded to RFE, now it gives them another 4 months.

If your spouse is a U.S Citizen then your attorney   made a big mistake not filing out the form correct, and you should ask part of your money back. She should have chosen   category C9 when she submitted  form I-765/I-485. You will get the EAD category C31 with your VAWA approval ,if she chose this option of course .

33 months submitting I-360, got one RFE and responded. Am I close to get the final decision? are there more RFE's coming or approval ...very frustrating...

As my I-485 interview was done 7 weeks back and still there is no online update, In the meantime my EAD (c31) category got expired 8 days back.

Could any one let me know how to renew my EAD till I get my green card. Can I send the  documents directly to USCIS or do I have to send it through my attorney.

Even tough I had my attorney he is not at all helpful.  

 

Contact your congressperson or if you prefer  fill out form I-765 category 31.

For me after vawa approval, I updated my address and got this update! I still feel that’s the generic update for when they receive any correspondence concerning your case or concerning you! Some people say they still receive it even without sending anything… could still be they get info perhaps within USCIS offices…maybe even info from your i485….could be anything really!🤷🏻‍♀️
