Mar 2017 I131/I485 filed in Miami

Feb 2018 I360 filed in Vermont

Mar 2018 I360 RFE police report

Apr 2019 I131 interview in Miami, case on hold waiting for I360 approval

Nov 2019 I360 approved

Mar 2020 I485 interview canceled

Jul 2021 I693 courtesy letter received

Aug 14 2021 I submitted case outside of processing times with local office 

Aug 19 2021 Attorney's received letter asking for I693, photos, history of jobs and addresses

Sep 4 2021  Card is not being produced

 

I highly suggest to use the Case Outside of Processing Times online form if your case is delayed. They responded to my inquiry in 5 days and this triggered the card being produced. Maybe they did respond since my case was so delayed. Anyways, this time it worked!
 

Thanks SO MUCH FOR SO MUCH SUPPORT I received here. You guys helped me see the light when things were dark. 

Did they interview you on april 2019?

OMG guys I received my GC on the mail today.  I can not believe it!!!!! A feeling of freedom I can’t explain! once again thanks everyone. The journey is long and sometimes it feels like it

It says they denied your EAD based on VAWA because you filed for a U visa and that U visa was approved.

Phase I - IV - Completed the Immigration Journey

02/2018 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131

X?/2018 - Interview, went BAD! 

01/2019 - lawyer withdraw my GC-marriage case

01/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131 

03/2019 - EAD, AP approval

02/2021 - EAD C31 received

02/2021 - I-360 VAWA approved

Read the 2nd and 3rd paragraph.  It says whatever you filed for prior to filing VAWA was approved on September 2nd, so they are denying what you filed in 2018.  Do you already have another EAD card

I never got one

since 2018 April 10 when I applied for I360, I485 and I765 I didn’t Receive any EAD or any updates till yesterday. I did apply through the  Congressman on May and they got an answer that my case was an assigned to any officers and They requested my kids to be assigned as soon as possible.

Did you look at the EAC numbers on the letter are they associated with VAWA or with AOS C9

@sheima and @ anafl did u do  a new biometric b4 u got ur rfe?

I did not have to do new biometrics. Just got the rfe to mail the medical to my local office 

08/2017 - Married USC

09/2017 - Application for I-485, I-765, I-131

12/2017 - Approval  I-765, I-131

09/2018 Renewal application for I-765, I-131

04/2019 - I-485 interview scheduled 

04/2019 - I-485 denied, husband withdrew

05/2019 - Application for  I-360, I-485, I-765, I-131 

12/2019 EAD, AP approval

07/2020 EAD, AP renewal sent to Vermont

10/2020 EAD, AP Approval

11/2020 VAWA I-360 Approved (C31 produced)

01/2021 I-360 status changed to case approved

03/2021 - I-693 deficient notice from national benefit center
