Sept 2021 - Status update - i765 - New card is being produced - c09

 

This 1 ray of hope is a huge relief for me and my mental health situation. I think they approved a lot of EADs today.

Congrats on getting your EAD approval… I’m holding on and hoping for mine. Concurrent filing was in May 2021, biometrics was in August and still believing God for my Combo card so I can work and get some peace of mind.

that's great news. i'm happy for you and it kinda gives me some relief as well.  i've applied on june, received all receipts and received notice on july stating that they have reused my bios for i485 and i360 but not for i765. i couldn't find any solid information if they will be reusing my bios for i765 as well or they will require a new one but i'm patiently waiting.

Depends on the officer my took 3 months after sending in it, others just few weeks.

Maybe they just want to stop lying🤥 that max time is 26 months and it's actually  longer for many people so they just decided not to say anything at all? 🙄
