so sorry about this… I totally understand all the lies and deceit… good thing you eventually filed vawa… I remember having second thoughts at first but when you think of all that has been done you realize you made the right choice by filing. Be strong!

Hey y'all, how are you all holding up? As for me, I am sending in my second extension request for third PF, hopefully it comes on time. I am keeping busy with work and school, waiting for second EAD to be approved.

Mine took 2 weeks to update after they received it 41 days waiting decision some of us waiting over 80 days . Soon you will hear good new

Hi guys.  I have received the same thing from Uscis-asked to send my medical exam and form I-864W . Yay I'm so exited -more than likely no interview for GC . Does anyone know how long will take to send the GC after submitting the medical exam? Thanks 😊 Finally after 5 long years. I suggest everyone that is experiencing long wait to contact their Congresswoman/congressman .they really help a lot.

Guys, CDC now announce Requirements of Covid-19 Vaccine for applicant of Adjustment of Status and among applicants from all countries. Here is the link: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/civil-surgeons/covid-19-technical-instructions.html?fbclid=IwAR3Yrfx1DyDKCNwasM0VFlC_sQ1IRRy536X-5DInwXc5DeDV-bVcLAZp3tw

They are waivers available but those waiver must be requested directly to USCIS and approve by USCIS and not the Civil surgeon filling out I-693. (is this is your case)

USCIS has not put any information as for now. but in my understanding it will soon do it and be an updated I-693 too.

I am busy at work and the kids are here now, so I am able to focus on them instead of dealing with insomnia.  Mustering up the strength to file for divorce.  We both live in states that are community property states.  I hoped COVID got him, but I had to pray for forgiveness.  LOL!  Church and Teletherapy are my saving grace.
