so My I-360 is approved in March-2021 and My I-485 case was transferred to Lee summit MO on march 2021, after that i do not see any updates so based on that i send E-request,

I-485 is covered by Vawa privacy policy, online E-Request are not help, your I485 arrived to NBC 5 months ago is pretty recent.  NBC will mail you any documents deficiency your file may have before sending to Local office I know the wait is hard but please have a little more patience, your file will be moving forward accordingly.  But most efficiently inquiry is thru congress office give it a try.

Hello folks! Long time without checking on you. Hope all is well. I am currently awaiting final decision on my 485 in local uscis office after my 360 was approved in 2019. I had filed for case outside of processing times last week on my 485. Today, my lawyer received an REF. They are asking for three things:

 

1. new medical exam

2. updated photos

3. info regarding employment: image.png.7108b3fefe00f5079ae731a2aa380df3.png

 

Does anyone know if question 3 is usual in this time of letter and at the juncture of my case? 

 

I am just curious why would they request this info and going back to August 2016, before I even married my ex husband... I was here on a student visa back then.

My lawyer told me that they will investigate based on your RFE response, so if you RFE is simple that they will take decision faster otherwise it will take some time.

I have same update but they never asked any rfe and I never sent any correspondence.

not unusual because 485 asks for 5 years of employment and residence history. I would provide a clear list for the entire time

You will get your gc without interview

 

2nd- provide them with every document uscis is requesting. Provide them with written document what is not available

they didn’t ask any rfe , the status online changed and I don’t have idea why . Not only my, many applicants status changed like that without asked rfe . You saying that we have to wait 3 month for decision after the update right ? But some applicants online status changed like mine after when they sent them cases in 5-6 month
