Hey guys, My GC arrived today.  I can't even explain the feeling, but I just know that I'm going to start living life. My only advise for you is to be patience and believe in god.  🙏

Good morning Y'all,

 

I've a small query.

 

How long is it taking to get a Prima facie determination nowadays?

 

I got my receipt notice in the 1st week of April 2021 and no update since then apart from fingerprints reused. Has anyone received their first Prima facie letter recently?

 

And are there any steps we can take to get PF ?

 

Also, is there a way to expedite i765 and i131?, and can it negatively impact our vawa application in any way?

Not everybody gets prima facie not sure why, usually they issue prima facie if they think you can be  eligible for Vawa 

 I finished my GC journey without prima facie and the journey was smooth.

 

 I think the best way is to contact your congressman to inquire your combo card for you

I have also never received Prima facie and I'm 2019 filler.

What was you status before you applied for VAWA, i was out of status for 7 Years so i am afraid to travel on AP.

For I-485 is gonna depend on how fast your local office works

Hello everyone 

i want to ask about the online status on USCIS website 

sonce i filled for VAWA the status still the same we recieved your case and waived the filling fee and it is never been changed 

i got a fingerprint print appointment in 4th of june and it still the same

i want to ask if it is normal or not ?!
