Any guidance on my situation above? No updates and no acknowledgment of receiving my RFE response.

 

My case was transferred to the San Antonio Field Office in TX back in March.

I'm an April 2021 AOS filer and can confirm that NOA1 receipt times are speeding up. We sent our package on April 2, package arrived on April 6, and got the texts with receipt numbers on April 29.

My case updated to “new card is being produced on Dec 20th, and case approved Dec 21st.    PD: June 4th 2021 Service Center: NBC   They started approving June  EADs last week.

Initial interview 4/12 

she had questions about validity of previous divorce. 
 

they just got notice in mail for second interview scheduled 9/21 at 1 pm Newark

Interview went well.

officer informed them he will have his supervisor review it, stated he will answer them by Monday.  And he will send a request for RFE if he needs anything They will get an answer 15-30 days. 
it’s already past Monday and no updates

April 1st their i485 status went back to “actively being reviewed”. 
their second year anniversary is coming up in 45 days. 
I will post if they here anything
