Your I-485 will not be processed by the Nebraska SC, unless you actually mean the Omaha field office.  I-485s are adjudicated at the applicant's local field office.  You should be checking the I-485 processing time at your LFO.

I guess I am not very familiar with the process. I assumed (incorrectly) that it would be processed where it is filed. I hired immigration lawyers for peace of mind and they filed my I-485 at the Nebraska Service Center, however, I am located in Colorado. Should I then track the Denver LFO for processing times?

I hope your lawyers did not file your I-485 directly with Nebraska SC because that's not the proper way to file.  I hope they sent your I-485 package to the correct USCIS lockbox, then you got a receipt notice from the Nebraska SC or maybe the National Benefits Center (NBC).  Your LFO is likely Denver, but check this page if you are not sure -- https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-a-uscis-office/field-offices (scroll to the bottom and enter your residential zip code).

I don't believe they did it improperly, I filed a I-140 with a I-907 for premium processing. USCIS specifically states not to file the I-907 at a USCIS lockbox and to send I-140 and I-485 at the address listed on the I-907, which is the Nebraska Service Center.

The second table has the I-140 with I-907, including Colorado.

Still, will my I-485 be adjudicated by the field office in Denver?

Ah.  I had wrongly assumed you were doing marriage-based AOS.  I'm not as familiar with employment-based AOS.

Fair enough, it's not an unreasonable assumption, it's the most prevalent AOS! I haven't been able to find much information about my specific situation, I'd have imagined an AOS from H-1B to Permanent Residency would be relatively common.

Thank you for your help though! You prompted me to double check where my application is filed.

Anyone get their EAD? It seems like it's taking some time...

It looks like there is some activity in the May filers thread, we may see some movement in the next few weeks (hopefully)!

That is fantastic news! You are getting closer 😀 Keep us posted!

So excited and definitely will do! Hopefully everything starts moving a bit quicker now for everyone.

Trying to schedule my husband’s I-693 medical exam now - has anyone already gone through this? We were asking around about fees, and got quoted $490 - Not sure if that’s the average for everyone? I looked at other posts and it looks like it ranges from $300 - 800 which is a pretty huge range 🙃

I think it depends where you are located! I paid $449 for exam + vaccines (had to retake MMR and TDap because I couldn’t get my records from my home country). Just the exam was $199 and this was in the LA area. Just call around and see what the best deal is and look up the doctors on Yelp before going in. I advice you to schedule it ASAP because it took about two weeks for the office to finish the paperwork, and I heard that’s pretty standard no matter where you go. Good luck with everything! :)

Marriage-based AOS Timeline:

Aug 11: Sent packets to USCIS - I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-864, I-765 and I-131

Aug 15: USCIS received packets

Aug 17: Checks cashed, NOA sent

Aug 30: Biometrics is scheduled

Sep 23: Biometrics taken, status updated to "USCIS is actively reviewing your case"

Oct 8: RFE for Birth Certificate (it was submitted with initial packets), submitted evidence online

Oct 9: USCIS received evidence and will resume processing my case

Nov 5: Interview was scheduled!

Dec 8: Interview day!!!
Dec 8: I-130 and I-485 approved!!!

Dec 16: Received GC
