I need some help. We registered just today on ustraveldocs and it doesn’t show we have an interview even though the NVC sent us the date. I am very confused on this website. Maybe someone can steer me in the right direction or maybe can call me and help. I just want to finish this and not make any mistakes now. I have three petitions all approved and scheduled for July 20th per the NVC for her and two children. I don’t know how to add them to her ustraveldocs and she only has one email. And also I can’t find a place to see anything about scheduling as I want to re schedule for the beginning of September. I called Kiev and that guy didn’t know any answers to my questions. He kept putting me on hold to ask someone else and coming back with contradicting answers that made no sense.
