True. Might not even ask for it. In any case, OP should do what she can/has to do from her side. There were too many cases here on VJ where they regretted making hasty decisions and jumping to conclusions too quick.

yep,  wish we knew what the USC was actually thinking and hoping a good outcome for all

I have done that. Will wait a week and see how things go.

Thank you!

Happy you did, no matter what happens you did all you could do.

I agree with all the great advise from other members. Prepare for the interview just in case.

  Your in my prayers. 🙏🏻💗

I have all my documents except for my medical and the I-134 and his documents. We were at that stage. I was waiting for him to send me his things so I could go ahead with DS160 and the medical because all this is costly as well.

I'm still waiting... hoping that he will figure things out.

I was just concerned that our NOA2 expire on the 3rd of July 2021. Is there anyway I can extend that? I haven't scheduled an interview yet, I cannot do it without the documents.

Thank you everyone.🌹

you can do the ds 160 and schedule the interview and u will get a paper to do the medical

the embassy CO will say refused while they wait for the I 134 and he will give you a paper saying 212 g waiting for the I 134

that's what you can do

I have read online and several other places that the NOA2 can automatically be extended for another 4 months. I did email the embassy today and they said they are still dealing with cases from 2019. Usually the embassy will extend the NOA2 automatically. (According to posts online and lawyers posts on YouTube).

There's still no communication between him and I and I feel like I need to know for certain whether or not he truly wants it. So I will be patient and just pray for the best things work out.

It's officially over. I guess I will withdraw the petition.

It's pretty devastating. 😢

Oh no, what happened?  Is it because a week has passed without an answer?

  This is just sad.

I asked again, and he said he doesn't want to go ahead. I guess if someone was sure if they wanted to marry you they would make it happen.

It's the sad truth but the more I hold onto the hope of it happening the more it hurts so it is time to just let it go.

It's very sad.. 😞 I spent a whole year, if not more planning this whole thing.

I can't do anything about it anymore.

Sorry to hear that, but in the end you're lucky it happened when it happened. Would've been so much worse if it happened after the actual move.

I'm so sorry to hear things didn't work out, I can't imagine going through so much stress only for things to end. You will be in my thoughts.

Even coming on the VJ website now just breaks my heart. I think the whole emotional rollercoaster of the process, then the end of the relationship.  😢

I'm still so sad, I can't believe it.
