Glad this thread was created! We started our process with the NVC in early April 😅 I made a small error in the beginning that set us back, then they approved 80% of our documents, let them sit there for 5 weeks of so, then rejected all of our joint sponsors saying I filled at the wrong form (even though a previous worker had approved majority of their documents 🙄) and also they weren't convinced I was planning to be re-domiciled in the US, so I had to provide additional evidence. So our most recent submission date is June 24th.

I saw they just updated the timeframe that they are reviewing documents from June 6th today. Looking forward to seeing when everyone in this thread gets their documents approved! Hoping this will be our last resubmisson😊

Original submission was 30 Mar. Got rejected for marriage cert as uploaded actual cert only (guessing they want to see apostille on back of page?) and notification that additional sponsor may be required. Added joint sponsor and re-uploaded documents on 10 June. But according to the troubleshoot page, I'm still in the window of problematic cases that were affected by their system error. I was so hoping to hear something by end July, but slowly losing hope on that 😭  I am secretly worried that they will still find fault with my marriage cert as we married in Denmark although husband is American citizen and I'm Singaporean. Fingers crossed that the apostille will do the trick!

Hoping for good news for the rest of you!

That can’t be right lol in one week they only advanced two days from last week. Is that the norm?

From my previous stalking of their page, they used to advance at least 6-7 days and up to 12 days in a week.

But the past 3 weeks have been crawling from 02 June to 04 June to (now) 06 June.

It's excruciating!

We're an Irish/American couple who actually got married in Denmark as well! We got married at the Copenhagen city hall. We had our marriage cert approved no problem. I honestly think it just depends who reviews your documents (really annoying). I had it where my I-864 was denied because I used a digital signature on adobe and they wanted it hand written. My mom (joint sponsor) did hers the same way and hers was approved 😅 which ultimately didn't matter because several weeks later they went back and deleted all her documents because I put her as a household member instead of joint sponsor.

They have actually approved all of my husbands documents, they have just made me resubmit stuff for myself (petitioner) and mom.

Hang in there! your day should be coming soon! I saw in another thread someone who uploaded on June 6th had their documents reviewed 10 days ago. I honestly think yours should get reviewed this week. Good luck!

For at least the last month or so the dates given on the timeframes page have been utter bul*%&$.  They attribute this to 'the glitch" which seemingly made all of their submission dates delayed by approximately 14 days.  For the last three weeks they seem to be gradually transitioning from utter bul*%&$ dates to more realistic dates.   The actual timeframes haven't gotten longer.  A month ago if it said 4 weeks, it was really 6 weeks.  Now that it says 6 weeks, hopefully that means it is actually 6 weeks..

Ahhhh, such mixed feelings reading this thread!!! We originally submitted on 30th April and everything was accepted right on time on 4th June, except for two documents. I resubmitted them on 4th June and 8th June and have been watching the review timeframes crawl along ever since. This week was particularly excruciating seeing the date move from 4-June to 6-June! I have been expecting an update any day for the last week and now I gather it could still be weeks away. At least this allows me to temper hope a little bit.
