My husband has his emergency advanced parole alllowing him to travel back and forth to Canada, but it expires August 5th. Our AOS interview is on August 9th. If we are approved, will he leave with paperwork allowing him to travel? If not, should we apply for an extension to the emergency advanced parole. We have a trip planned for August 13th.

SarahBeth,

It's unusual for a K3 to need advance parole.

In any case, if adjustment is approved at the interview your husband should ask that his passport be stamped to indicate as much because advance parole does not apply to LPRs.
