My mother's I-130 and I-131 are outside normal processing time. I filled the inquire online which I have not heard back. I called USCIS today and I was told that I-131 won't be approved until I-765 is approved and for that one there is a longer wait.  Knowing how everything is super delayed I was just wondering if normally any of those forms for adjustment of status really does depend on approval of another form or they are not approved in any particular order? Like in order to have any of the adjustment of status forms approved does she need to have I-130 approved first? To me it doesn't make sense to have the processing times online if they don't follow what is listed there and if the forms depend on approval of other forms. Anyways just trying to understand if there is any logical rule on how they process these forms. Appreciate any information!
