What to pack along with Form I-129F.

Thanks in advance for your time, folks.. I'm helping my fiancee in Washington State prepare to send her I-129F to the drop-box in Texas to get the K-1 process started. I'm arranging to get some US-format passport photos of myself mailed to her, and I'm preparing a letter of intent to marry which I'll sign and mail to her for inclusion with the form. Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, but we want to get everything absolutely right: Should she mail everything listed in the Checklist Of Required Initial Evidence along with the I-129F and a cheque for $535, or just the form and the cheque? What we're not sure of is whether the evidence has to be sent separately once the USCIS requests it, or if she should just bundle the whole lot in the envelope with the form..

The initial evidence documents must be included with Form I-129F and check for $535.

You can email her that photo and she print it herself or print through a local print shop (Walgreens, Walmart, etc.)

You can also email her that signed form and she'll submit a copy.
