Petitioner (of approved I-130 (F3)) passed away. How to inform NVQ?

Hello All,

 

I hope anyone can help me. Thanks.

Sadly last march 2021 my father (the petitioner) passed away.

My father filed my sisters and my petition as married son/daughter of US citizen (F3) and my sisters's cases

were approved and sent to NVC in 2009 and mine in 2011.

My question is how should I inform NVC about our father's death, Is there any form to fill out or just go on

NVC website and fill out Public Inquiry Form, upload our father's death certificate and submit it?

Do we request NVC for humanitarian reinstatment or do we just inform NVC about petitioner's death, wait till

NVC send our case back to USCIS and then request USCIS for humanitrian reinstatment?
