Yeah, real reason. Understood.

But you have too much guessing about place and timing.

You asked for expedition, and got it, and then did not show up.

When will the next appointment be? I have NO IDEA. Do YOU?

Do you pick the next interview date or do they?

You have a major timing and place issue.

I wish you well.

Thanks.. I emailed about the reason for not coming due to flight availability. So I am hoping they can re schedule me. Anyway, the case will be open for 1 yr and when my contact finish by October, il surely going to my home country.

When you moved it, and  requested expedition, did you give them any idea when you would actually be able to be in the Phils?

Did you know when? Did they?

I ask because it makes me wonder if it mattered to them or not.

Or did they have the impression that you were already in the Phils.

Just wondering.

Because if they don't care, it can happen again.

Anyway, you understand what has to happen.

Be well.

Why this for the profile pic?  Often in movies and on TV when they show Hawaii they show this beach/view. So, instead of doing Kauai or some other locale, we decided to do here, so that whenever some show shows Hawaii and this view, we will see where we were married.

When my case shows ready, I emailed them requesting for a possible date of interview telling that I am currently overseas and getting flight has to booked in advance..i got no response.. After two weeks, I got an email for an expedited interview appointment and the date is just also 2 weeks ahead which is really not possible. So now I emailed them, called them and asking for a new date which is within my vacation days. If I am not lucky enough, il just go for medical and still will try to get new appointment.

Yeah, sorry about that.

So, you told them, they knew,  and they gave you two weeks notice! Arrgh.

My concern is, that could happen again.

Also,  my concern is, you might get another offer in Saudi, and would then have to decide to give it up or not.

And who knows the future with covid, travel, etc.!!!

Really crappy situation right now.

So, the request for expedition might have been premature. But, you had no idea it would be that quick, so...I hear ya.

SMH...Sorry about that.

Things are what they are.

Let us know how it goes, interview date-wise.

It's okay thank you.. Actually, I'm not expecting il get an appointment within that short period as many are waiting in the que who were also expedited based on what I have read in other forums.. My employment here is currently 50/50 due to the airline industry are in bad situations. Many are losing their jobs. So getting a new offer to extend another year might be considered as a miracle.. Anyway thanks. I just hope and pray that things will be okay during my vacation and I will get a feedback from the embassy. Cross fingers..

Is there a reason why you didn't interview in the KSA?

When I inquire riyadh embassy, they are only giving interviews for cr1/ir1 at the moment. They cannot give clear information as to when they will process other visa categories.. My case was stuck at nvc since July2020. And I was surprised when the monthly data results for visa issued, other embassies are giving iw1. But not here in Riyadh.

Yeah, if and when you get "settled" in the Phils, things will be easier to time.

But KSA -> Phils Vacation -> KSA -> Phils is a lot of moving to guess timing.

I would stay in the Phils, until you have the interview...if you can financially afford to, of course.

Don't know what will happen if you miss and have to re-schedule another interview, is all.

"Hope" is a fickle friend.

Best.
