N400 Interview completed/Decision cant be made/We take an action on your case the following day

Hello,

 

I had my N400 interview completed last week thurs, but I had a decision can not be made due to a DUI arrest that was completely dismissed, the officer said she will look at it and send it for supervisor review as well, told me to expect decision by mail in the next 30days. The following day I got an email saying 'we have taken an action on your case but till now I have not seen any action taken on the case, my case status is showing Interview Scheduled, any one has experienced this before? I want to know whether to call them or just wait for the update to show up because I don't know what update it could be.  Is the update/action even real and I hope I don't have to wait for too long.

Just wait for the mail or till you see any updated document online.

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

L1A:  Jan 2014 (London)

AOS: May 24th 2016 - June 20th 2017

N400: March 23rd 2020 - June 29th 2021

Passport: July 1st 2021 - August 30th 2021

Social Security: July 1st 2021 - October 5th 2021
