What's the current travel requirements for a GC holder for arriving in US during these COVID times?
Can any share their experience of arriving in US from India?

I heard of RT-PCR negative certificate with QR code. How is the implementation on the ground?
Are there any other rules/requirements?

The airline staff will check.  If you do not have the necessary test results, they will not let you board the plane.  CBP will not check COVID test results at POE.  See latest alert from the embassy here -- https://in.usembassy.gov/health-alert-commercial-options-remain-available/

 

Note that the airline may have more stringent requirements regarding the type of COVID test than what the CDC requires, so best to check with the airline.

Indeed. The airline staff did check my COVID test results and then also made me sign a declaration. At POE, I was NOT asked about this from the CBP official.
