Did you try tracking your case with that number? I was not able to track my case with case no written on check.

The number to track will come with your NOA.

Yeah I couldn't track it, I guess they will let the I-751 sit around for a little while before issuing a new WAC number.

I tried checking with the number on my check but it didn't begin with WAC(for cali). The NOA did and we can now track it.

Yeah my NOA arrived today, but was dated the same day the check fee was cashed with my bank.

Good for you! Hope ours ain't that far behind. I actually started up the machinery today sending complaints to my representatives seeing that the agency they oversee provides flat service at best at rates that have shot up 250% or more - in the name of improving services, of course, over the course of our visa journey. Can you guys believe that the I-751 fee, for example, was $105.00 just four short years ago?

Congrats !!!!! I have one question ....

I mailed mine yesterday via Express mail and it was not delivered today I saw on the tracking that a notice was left ? Do you have any ideas ...... why. Was your package sent with a return receipt or a signature requirement ???? I realised it is a PO Box so may be there is no-body to sign the return receipt ?

How did your biometric appt go today? Ours was like so: Completed Biometric appointment at what could be regarded as a hand-me-down light industrial warehouse, luckily the numerous faces from all parts of the world and then huge letters spelling IMMIGRATION painted on the parking lot drive way give you pretty good indication that your in the right place. Only the Green Card recipient can enter the facility without purse, bags, cameras, cell phones etc.

Yeah, we had to leave the cell phones in the car but we were all able to enter. 45 minutes in and out - fairly hassle free. We also went over to the Sub-Office today to have Nani's passport stamped with the I-551 stamp. She's heading home for a little bit and I don't like the thought of her having to explain that expired GreenCard + letter makes it all good deal to the bozos at Bole airport in Addis Ababa. The folks at the Sub-Office were very nice about it. Took us 15 minutes from pulling into the parking lot to leaving with the stamp.

we hit it next friday. prolly gonna be similar to your experience. The ddress is in an industrial area. We will swing by this weekend to make sure we know how to get there and all.
