Got a USCIS notification email this morning. "New Card Being Produced"! WAC. Came to the US on a K1 visa. Filed 08/02/2022 NOA 08/05/2022 Biometrics Waived: 01/05/2022 New Car

Just posting an update that I got a notice that my wife’s case status changed this morning to New card is being produced.  WAC service center.   Good luck everyone.

Sorry for the late reply. Yeah, everything started updating with transfers and everything. Hell, she even got the paperwork for the transfer in the mail, as well as the approval letter for the ROC that also said they will not be sending her the ROC 10yr GC since she passed the N400.

We also recently found out that my wife's Appointment in Columbus is like the 2nd week of February. I forgot the actual date lol but she has her letter.

Got the approval letter in my for ROC saying I don't need a 10 year greencard since I have oath ceremony scheduled.. Thanks everyone & Happy holidays 😊

Case status changed on Jan 9th to interview scheduled for N400. 

States on site that information will be sent via mail. 

No email.

noa1 date is actually they date on ur hard copy. Sadly if u reach the magical 220 day u must wait till 225 to contact Uscis. They use what the new site says. Even if ur paper says X date. 

They added 5 days onto everyone’s accepted on NOA1

1/20/2023 - Interview was scheduled (2/24)

2/23/2023 - Interview completed & passed but decision cannot be made. 

3/16/2023 - We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, be approved. Your case was submitted for quality review.

3/16/2023 - Oath Ceremony will be Scheduled 

3/20/2023 - Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed

4/11/2023 - Oath complete, naturalization certificate issued.

8/5/2021 - Package delivered to Phoenix lockbox, signed by LOPEZ

8/7/2021 - Credit card charged for $680

Thank you! That is my plan... hoping that my I-751 gets transferred and I see that on case status. Regardless, still planning for a combo interview.

My wife had her Oath Ceremony Thursday Morning, just getting around to updating everyone. 
 

Good luck to the rest of you. N400 will take priority over ROC so no worries and prep for combo interviews. Heck, they didn’t even have my wife’s ROC files ready just her N400 so they skipped her ROC altogether and focused on her N400. Have a copy of your files on hand just in case as well.

Congrats to you both!! I have my N400 interview and tests on 23rd March!! 

Late 2016: Met playing Clash of Kings the West

Feb 2017: Started online "dating"

May 2017: Met in Orlando

July 2017: Arkansas and Seminole (1 night) visit

October 2017: Washington DC visit.

December 2017: Seminole OKC home visit and Amanda  met Chayne's kids and dad.

January 2018:  York England visit Chayne met Amanda's son.

April 2018: London/Paris/York visit we got engaged on April 6th!!

April 19th 2018: packet sent

April 23rd 2018: USPS say packet signed for.

April 25th 2018: Electronic NOA1 received 

April 26th 2018: Cheque Cashed

April 30th 2018: hard copy NOA1 received

Received letter yesterday from USCIS stating our case has been transferred to Missouri. 

From what i have read this can be normal movement. Not very reassuring since USCIS likes to pass the “buck” around rather then just doing what they are paid to do. Review, RFE, approve etc. 

 

N400 interview on 2-16-23. Approved pending I751 approval and or transfer to local office for approval.
