Okay so we received a biometrics appointment letter for our daughter.  Wife's biometrics were re-used from AOS back in September.  Guess they lost our daughter's file?  Also, they put both the original case number (from daughter's first NOA when wife didn't receive one) and the second case number that was generated with the second NOA (when they finally processed receipt of wife's application).  None of this makes any sense, anyway.  How the hell did they process daughter's NOA first and not the wife's since she's a dependent on wife's application?

Frustrating.

Hope everyone here had a good Christmas and a Happy New Year's. Ours was starting off good till somehow one drunken night my wife broke her tooth and decided to tell me about it a few days later. heh
Now she gets to learn American Dental prices since she refused to join my Dental Insurance. lol

Just received a letter stating that my biometrics will be reused. WAC center! :)
It also seems like the app Lawfully sent me the notification with the update on my case, but I missed it 😅

An App sent you a notification? Does it allow status checks to? I actually checked my wifes status for the first time in forever and the two sites I have both still just say case recieved' although her bio was waived a long time ago lmao. I am gonna hard guess that they will keep forgetting to update her status up till when everything is done and finished hahaha. Would be curious to see if the app shows anything different.

I also use the app "Lawfully".  It is sort of a data warehousing app.  It looks back 2 years of reported cases and then it gives you an estimate of when your case could be processed by USCIS.  In our case, we are Sept 2021 filers and it currently shows March 2022-June 2022 as an estimated timeline for processing the I-751 ROC.  Also, I only use the "free" services of this app.  There is an option to pay and get more data, which I do not use.

Hope this helps.

We had to redo our biometrics....... and no status of biometrics being done like a prior couple stated.
Hoping they still have our file.

That’s worrisome. Now 5.5 months since filed and 5 months since biometrics reused.
