Package received by USCIS: 8/24/21

Text Received: 8/26/21 (MSC Center)

NOA Notice Date: 8/26/21

NOA Received Date: 9/1/21

Biometrics letter received: 9/13/21 (Not waived; wasn't expecting it to be...lol)

Feb 2017: Started online "dating"

July 2017: Arkansas and Seminole (1 night) visit

October 2017: Washington DC visit.

December 2017: Seminole OKC home visit and Amanda  met Chayne's kids and dad.

January 2018:  York England visit Chayne met Amanda's son.

April 2018: London/Paris/York visit we got engaged on April 6th!!

April 19th 2018: packet sent

April 23rd 2018: USPS say packet signed for.

April 25th 2018: Electronic NOA1 received 

April 26th 2018: Cheque Cashed

April 30th 2018: hard copy NOA1 received

I just noticed the Notice Date on NOA is Aug. 28, only 2 days after application received, this was fast!!!

Just got an update for my account - so the timelines of receiving an update/ NOA in the mail is all over the place. Took the best part of one month, so if you are in that boat - don't panic, wait it out.

Received my biometrics waiver today (9/15), dated 9/9. LIN center.

8/27/2022 - Submitted N-400 Online

8/27/2022 - Receipt notice mailed, biometrics reused, case actively being reviewed (~ 10 months)

1/20/2023 - Interview was scheduled (2/24)

2/23/2023 - Interview completed & passed but decision cannot be made. 

3/16/2023 - We recommended that your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, be approved. Your case was submitted for quality review.

3/16/2023 - Oath Ceremony will be Scheduled 

3/20/2023 - Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed

4/11/2023 - Oath complete, naturalization certificate issued.

Thank god.   Read all these posts and they kept you waiting for so long.  Sounds like our interview, where the agent neglected to have my wife sign and we had to wait two months to get a new appt.   Delayed the GC for two months.....no other issues. 

Nice bonus on the biometrics.  Does that save you $85?

I know!! That beginning was kind of bumpy, I was beginning to think we were going to be one of those cases that ends up lost/forgotten and has to refile months later. Man, my mind goes to dark places. lol
