I just got my package back. It says "Signature of person preparing the form, if other than above" block is not a valid signature. I left it blank while printing and wrote N/A along with on all the other blank fields. Should I have left it blank?

I replied to this in another thread you started about it, but I thought I would add my reply here, too, in case it helps anyone else.

We can't send our I-751 for another two weeks, but I checked our AOS application and our I-129F to see what we did. We wrote in N/A for everything except the signature, which we left blank. Our applications were all accepted without any RFEs, so I'll be doing it this way again.

I just did the Ask Emma thing and spoke to a live rep and she said she couldn't find anything with our receipt number and nothing shows pending under his A number and to call them if we don't' get anything in 14 days.

I am in the same situation.

Mailed the ROC package on August 17th.

Received on August 21st. (Text Message)

Credit card charged on August 21st.

My SRC Case number isnt found in either of the websites case status.

I have not received any NOA yet.

So looks like they finally entered my wife's application into the system on Friday.  The receipt number is working now and it shows "submitted on" date of 9/3.  The description does have the correct date of 8/13 for being received.  Now, if they will just send the extension letter :)

Informed delivery is showing two letters for my wife and daughter, today.  Guessing the letter for daughter is a re-do for the new 24 month extension.

Didn't think of that.  Really hope not.  That would possibly mean selected for interview.

Okay well it was indeed two extension letters.  24 months for my wife and just a duplicate of the one they sent for our daughter back in August with 18 months but a different receipt number.

Oh well.  Just glad we won't have to schedule an appointment (yet) for a stamp.

I know it’s early in the process, but we are curious about whether biometrics appointments have been been waived (using most recent biometrics on file) and if so, when you were notified and when your case status was updated to indicate “fingerprints received.”  From the spreadsheet it appears applications assigned to MSC did not have biometrics waived but those transferred to other service centers did.

Would very much appreciate sharing this with the group. Thank you!
