N400 Interview Questions - Change of state

I applied for naturalization (N-400) in PA in July 2020 and moved to GA shortly after. I filed the AR-11 to notify USCIS of my address change in Aug 2020 but got invited to N400 interview in PA in June 2021. I am going to the interview in PA with evidence of AR-11 and ideally want to do oath ceremony right there.

1. Should I provide the answers to the questions for state governor / representative for GA (new state) or PA (old state, where interview is taking place)?
2. How likely can I do the oath ceremony right after the interview in PA, if I am no longer a resident there?

Thanks VJ community. I am excited to end this long immigration journey, phew

June 1st - Filed for GC and EAD
Mid July - Requested for EAD expedite with tier-1 rep
July 29th - Sent evidence in response to RFE for expedite EAD request
July 30th - Called USCIS to follow but tier-1 rep refused to transfer to tier-2
July 31st - Called USCIS again and got to tier-2 rep, who hastily said they have to check for RFE evidence
August 3rd - Called USCIS again. Tier 2-rep said she cannot share whether they have received my evidence or share the status of my case because it is sensitive. She shared an address (above) that I can write to and hung up!
