Well we did it ! :dance:(L)

Kelvin was approved on July 3,it took all day but he did it !Questions that were asked.

1.How did you meet your fiance ?

Answer: Internet

2.How on internet?

Answer: Date site

3.Which date site?

Answer: He told her which one

4.Is that site popular?

Answer: I dont know,he giggled at her

5.Tell me how you found that date site.

Answer: He explained in details,he said she was very curious how to get there from google

6.Doesnt Nigeria has girls here? Why did you desire a white woman?

Answer:Again he giggled and said yes but his last girl friend cheated,and it wasnt planned for a white it just happened!

7.Tell me details of how you became to a love relationship.

Answer: he gave her the long truthful details........

he said the interviewer was impressed of the details and kindness we shared amoung each other.

8.Show me photos of her last visit

Answer: He showed her the photos I arranged for him.

Than she took his financials to the back with a man for 30 minutes and came back.

9.When do you plan to get this all over with.

Answer: The marriage??

10.Yes

Answer:In August

11.Okay,come Monday with this letter for you visa.

So thats it,I am preparing for his arrival July 11th................What a wonderful day that will be !

11/05/2006 D.Returned to the US, :( :(

11/13/2006 Visitor Visa;Denied,Abuja

11/14/2006 K. Proposed !

11/21/2006 NigerianTrip #2 Planned/Ticket purchased(Feb 2007)

12/01/2006 K1/I-129F Sent via US Mail Express

12/05/2006 I-129F Arrived at NSC with signature confirmation F.Heinayer

12/07/2006 NOA I-797C Recieved,Req of Orig form to be sent. Service Center Changed to California.

12/11/2006 NOA I-797C Returned with corrections.

12/12/2006 NOA I-797C packet recieved at CSC with signature confirmation.

12/13/2006 Checked USCIS website and case # is listed!

Application Recieved and PENDING !!!!!:) Now just waiting for the letter they said they sent 12/14/2006

12/18/2006 NOA I-797C #1 Reciept Notice Arrived.

1/30/06-2/19/07 Nigeria Trip # 2 AWESOME !!!

2/28/2007 NOA#2 APPROVED

3/1/2007 Recieved 4 Emails stating Approval NOA # 2 was sent by mail!

3/8/2007 Case transfered to NVC....

3/9/2007 NOA#2 Hard Copy arrived in mailbox !

4/16/2007 Case still under Administrator review at NVC,patiently waiting for movement ! (38 days)

4/20/2007 NVC sent case to Lagos Nigeria ! WOW we have movement

4/25/2007 Case downloaded at Embassy,No notices recieved just called Embassy & emailed them !

5/9/2007 K.visited Embassy and recieved packet 3 & 4. Interview set July 3rd OUR 1 YR Anniversary of meeting !

5/11/07 K. Got Police Record completed,No waiting but lots of traveling for that.

5/12/07 K.Got 1st part of Medical Exam done, Finishes June 6th. !

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.

06/03/2008 - Received email from CSC confirming reception of transferred I-485.

06/03,04,06 - Touched!

08/28/2008 - Green card rec'd in mail.

06/11/2008 - I-131 Approval email received.

06/13/2008 - Received I-765 card ordered email notification.

Another good news from Lagos .....Congratulations and i wish you a happy marriage. Our interview is the 11th of july thats when your man would probably be on his way right into your arms i wish him a mercy journey.............I hope that i will be here sometime next to give our own good news too God willing...Once again congratulations :dance:
