I have an extant account as the petitioner, the beneficiary does not have one. The instructions on the fee pay confirmation page state to confirm/verify the US address for delivery of the GC. I tried to do this via my existing account but couldn't find any place to.

Seeing as how the US address hasn't changed since filing the I-130 (and was documented at the interview), do I need to do this address verification step?

If so, do I need to make a new USCIS account for the beneficiary in order to verify the address, or am I missing where I can do it in the petitioner account on myUSCIS?

For additional information, I wasn't signed into my account when I paid the fee. I don't think that matters though.

Thanks a million, friends. So excited to be close to the end of this part of the process.

Uscis account for the beneficiary can be created to see what address is on file for GC delivery. It will likely be the address mentioned on DS260.

Is an account needed if the address has been consistent throughout the entire process? I'm trying to keep online clutter away, but I suppose with something this important it's better to just do it LOL.

US address is needed / green card is delivered in US

US address is listed and has been consistent since the I-130, I'm just wondering if creating a new myUSCIS account/verification of the listed address is necessary.

Did you verify it on fee page?

No option to, just the prompt to create an account to confirm, and I ran into site errors from that page so I pivoted to trying to do it from the extant (petitioner) account.

I feel like I'm probably being silly here, now that I think more about it. I'll just make a new account and verify rather than risking anything. Sorry for any trouble, and thanks for your replies.

I would recommend that the beneficiary creates their own account ..the GC fee and GC relates to the beneficiary not the petitioner , and future interactions such as Removal of conditions ( if needed) and N400 application for citizenship will require the beneficiary account.

You don't need to necessarily create account, it's more for informative purpose at this time. However having the beneficiary online account is helpful.
