Hi all,

How long does it typically take for NVC to send your case to the local consulate/embassy after being Documentarily Qualified? Do COVID and backlogs at the local consulate affect this timeline or is it a centralized system?

I have been DQ for 3 weeks now and my case is still at NVC (I'm looking at the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam) Any information will help. Thank you!

First off all good day to you Sam and  I just need to say that you look very beautiful. And lastly you have a very good question. In fact it's so good that I too have the same question.

So does anyone know the answer?

Very much depends on the consulate.
