Submitting I-130- Evidence and residence query

Hi my husband is filing the I-130 for me and my 2 children,

I know he has to do 3 separate petitions for each of us.

my question is around evidence. and place of residence intended once we move to the us.

Do we need affidavits for the children?

apart from marriage licence and birth certificate is there anything else?

if the beneficiaries intended residency changes after we file would that be an issue?

my husband doesn’t remember exact dates for places he lived and worked, he knows the month but not the exact day. What should we do?

finally, there’s a section where it asks for information about the beneficiary. What do we have to put for this?

Check page 8 for relationship evidence required when filing for a step-child -- https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-130instr.pdf

Provide the updated information on the DS-260 visa application form after the petition is approved.

Approximate dates will do.

Thank you! I must have over looked that part!

and regarding the information about the beneficiary, does he need to add that?
Or should we just skip to the evidence part.

also is it going to be an issue that the my name as the beneficiary is now in my married name, however my passport is in my maiden name. We have evidence that’s a mixture of my married name and my maiden name.

by the time we get to the interview stage (praying!) I would have updated my passport. Will this be ok?

Fill out all the fields that are applicable, even if the information is duplicated elsewhere in the form or in the I-130A form.  Do not skip.

If you intend to use your married name on your passport for the visa interview, best to be consistent and use your married name on the I-130 & I-130A forms.  Put your maiden name in the sections for "Other Names Used".  It's ok even if your current passport and other documents have your maiden name.

Ok, I am with you. So regarding the below image, we don’t need to do anything about as my native language is English
