NVC Shipment Confusion

Hello! I have a bit of confusion about shipment dates. I am going through the k-1 process right now. My visa is at the NVC and I have a tracking number. I just called them again today with a question, they told me that the Auckland Consulate takes shipments once a month and that mine hasn't shipped out yet. But I've also seen pictures going around of shipment dates that were twice a month on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Does each consulate have different shipment dates? She didn't give me a date on the phone so I'm just wondering if anyone has any additional information. Thanks!

mine was sent to auckland consulate on april 27th 2021 not sure if that helps you at all
