You said you were affected by Trump’s ban. Interviews for banned categories stopped on April 22 and did not resume until March this year. So if you were interviewed in May last year, the ban did not affect you.

However you keep ignoring/refusing to answer other questions that have been asked to help people figure out your case so more than that I cannot say.

They filed when i was 20years old My mom petition me. Yah my mom's a citizen in the united states my father would also be a citizen next year.

It doesn’t matter when your father will become a citizen - assuming your mother was a citizen when they filed, this still is not clear.  So if that’s the case, you are IR2 but no, the bans don’t affect you at all. So the only possible thing holding up the visa can be that you have not provided all the evidence they asked for.
