IR2 was never banned under Trump. Neither 10014 nor 10052 (or any other PP) applied to IR2. Your post is confusing because it sounds like you had an interview (and banned categories did not get interviews). Your status would not be refused if you didn’t have an interview. Were  you put on AP and if so why?

Yup sounds like the issue on your last post.    You need to resolve that - and do it soon.   Did they suggest a DNA test?   The petitioner needs to get involved.

Turning 25 soon. Been waiting for this to end like 2018

Is your father a citizen? How old were you when he filed? IR2 is NOT subject to the ban but sounds like you might actually be F1.

You aren't a child anymore and any protection you had under CSPA has probably run it's course.   When did you have your interview.   Please create a timeline here and don't keep opening a new question for this case.   Keep everything together!

Hard to figure out what is going on. If this was originally an IR2 case, they can’t age out and there would be no trump ban effect. So seems to me more likely it is either an F1 or F2 case. If OP could clarify if parent is usc or LPR and what age they were when petitioned it would give some insight as to the actual situation.
