Hi, Im filipino too and  Im the petitioner.. how old are you if you don't mind me asking? My son is 20 years old and his interview appointment will be on the 17th of this month. And he is also late registered. So what documents are they asking from you to prove that your dad is your biological father. Thanks.

Some have reported getting interviews but still not being able to enter the US until after March 31 (or maybe earlier if Biden ends it):

Should we do something to get an interview or the embassy it self will contact us for that? Because currently my ceac state is still at refused. Kinda confused

Embassy knows what’s going on, you don’t have to push them. They will contact you when the backlogged files are cleared, don’t expect it fast after the bans are gone.

Have you already had your interview? If not, just wait for the embassy to schedule it.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

Yup i was put on hold because of live birth being late registered. And ask to send evidence about my parents being connected to me. After that i was put on hold because of donald trump's proclamation

Ok so if you already had an interview and assuming the evidence you sent is acceptable, at some point you will probably just be contacted to get a new medical done, and submit a new DS260 if it’s more than a year since your interview, and send in your passport if they didn’t keep it, so that they can issue a visa. No point in contacting you before they are ready for that step. Good luck, hopefully it won’t be too much longer.
