NVC rejected one of my document and I have resubmitted it again how long do I have to wait

I honestly don't know, I feel like it is just random at this point.

 

However, according to the NVC timeframe website it should take around 40 days from submitting date. I think that would still apply to checklists but don't quote me on that. we got our documents approved first try. 

 

Nonetheless, I hope you have a smooth sail and finish quickly!!

You keep asking the same question and it has already been answered many times.

 

NVC regularly updates their processing times on this website:

 

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

 

That link shows the submitted date for documents they are currently reviewing. If you (re)submitted a document before that date, they are probably reviewing it now. If you (re)submitted a document after that date, they are probably not reviewing it yet. I say “probably” because the dates are estimates and can never be 100 percent accurate.

 

Please try to be patient. Please also try to read the responses people are giving you before you ask the same question again.
