But only a few short weeks ago, before he headed off on vacation, he said there was no indication the Taliban would advance so quickly.  Which is it?  What day is it?  Does Joe even know?  In the end, anytime we see an article quoting Old Joe, we need to see if it is from the Babylon Bee.

Only if they can control the puppet strings.  Of course this is a lot of why this current issue is such a mess.  The career public servants with their Ivy League degrees seem to be holding Joe's strings and look how that is going.
