can i include my new born to my case that is in administrative processing

Timeline

Yes you can but i guess the best time to contact embassy is when you are called for another interview or to submit new medical after your AP is resolved.

Spouse:

2015-06-16: I-130 Sent

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

Thanks for the reply. what does it says on ceac when they request for another interview or to submit new medical. currently it says refused. also the date changed couple of times in last few months, any idea when i  might hear from them?

hey, i just hear from US embassy, they are asking for medical and police clearence along with PP. can you please tell me where should i contact to include my new born to this application? and what is the procedure.

Hi, i have sent a request to the embassy to include my baby, and its been more than a month now. any idea how long it may take to get a reply from the embassy?

No.  No one has any idea.  And how would we?  You haven't filled out a timeline for people to even know which embassy you're talking about.

Thank you so much for your reply, and sorry about the timeline. i will fill it up soon. i am talking about US embassy Montreal. it is already 5 weeks now that we have sent the request to the embassy. can you contact the embassy again after 3 weeks? it will be 8 weeks that time.
