Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Morocco
Timeline

when Lagos is ready ( as you heard from immigration)  the case will be returned to Nigeria as they will be ready to for the new medical and possible new criminal report ( as its been a long time) and possible new interview

but "there is nothing u do to go about it"

you wait for the above to happen

and meantime please,  do a timeline as it helps all see information concerning your case and it helps the stats here for those who follow from your country

They want you to re-do your medical exam and to submit a statement from your joint sponsor.

If you've already submitted all that the consul officer asked for, then there's not much else you can do but wait for the visa status to change to "Issued".  Unfortunately, there's no guaranteed timeline for when that will be.  It could take days, weeks, or months.

The comment on the form makes it pretty clear that they would prefer your wife to be able to sponsor you without the use of a joint sponsor.  Is her income now sufficient?

At 2020,my wife Account Statement, her Tax Refund , and Joint Sponsor  was requested, which was sent to the embassy, and I was put on Administrative processing for a long time, after which Trump Immigration proclamation was announced,I got a mail and a letter sent I was refused due to presidential proclamation, However the case was reopened and the consular requested for the following documents, my wife IRS,Joints sponsor IRS, Letter of willingness to sponsor, my Police report, which has been sent to the embassy.
