According to an query email responce from NVC our file left NVC on March 23rd for the London Embassy. On the NOA2 dated March 8th by email, recieved march 11th by mail it said 4 weeks till we'd get something from London. By my calcutations its been about 3 weeks. I'm seeing some people dated 15th left NVC but all from NSC or VSC...anybody around the same time as us whos still awaiting packet 3?

It's taking all my might to not phone the embassy and ask whats going on....I HATE not having the online status case at this point...I'm naturally a busy person...and I've got nothing left to do now......police certificate underway, got supporting evidence to provide at the medical whenever that will be, co-sponcers filling in her forms.....

*twiddles thumbs*....Feel pretty helpless now....

Love hurts

When you live an ocean away

When you change your sleep schedule to catch a few more moments

When you really need to be held and you have to imagine whilst your partner describes it

When you constantly refresh the USCIS website to see if you're getting any closer

Love Loves

When it repays you with the love of your life

When God finally answered your biggest prayer

When you can live life again in the real world but still have that eternal connection

When you wake up for to the beginning of the rest of your life with the person you fought so hard for

When you love somebody that much

You'll do anything

You will have to wait a little bit longer, as your petition was only sent to London on the 23rd, its normaly about 3 weeks from that date they are likely to send you pack 3.......you can start to email them, but i dont think they will of put your petition in the computer yet!!

just incase you dont know the address for London here it is.......

Hi there....I know it's hard to wait. I hope you get packet 3 really soon. My I-129F got to Korea on 3/21 (sent on 3/13) and my fiance did not get the packet yet...so I was getting impatient (twiddling thumbs also)...I never get a response when I e-mail the embassy there (they are work differently) so I did call the embassy...they said they mailed the packet on 3/21 but he did not get it yet - so they e-mailed it to him...so he has it now. But his passport didn't come yet so still have to wait.... Good luck. Sure you will get it soon.

Hi fiona

Have a look at my timeline it'll give you a good idea of how long it takes. Best to give it 3-4 weeks from the date NVC said they sent the file ie 23 March then email them. Be patient though cos it usually takes them about 3 days to reply to emails and when you do remember to use the LND case number and not the WAC receipt number. :luv:
