I-485 Notice of Initial Evidence for Submitted copy of birth certificate (merged topics)
Dear Folks, I filed I-485 along with cover letter listing enclosures to include "A Copy Of Birth Certificate". Package also included copy of birth certificate after pages of my passport. I think last few pages of passport were boring without much significant info; then the birth certificate copy was placed along the attachments. Is it possible for USCIS folks to just miss to notice the page and issue a request for initial evidence for birth certificate; even when it is included on the
Because it's an RFIE, i am assuming they did not see that copy of the BC. If they had seen that, they would have sent an RFE for secondary evidences due to the late registration/issue of the certificate.
