Hi, my husband and I are filing our i-130 online , for those who filed online as far as uploading evidence which has to be in a PDF  did you create a PDF folder and did you create sub-folders within the main PDF file , for example photos in one folder named photos ,bills in another folder named bills? I was thinking we would do that so it's not just a whole bunch of unorganized evidence stuff , who ever is looking at out file could click on each individual file and look at the evidence . We have a ton of it. Please advise . Also how much evidence is enough ??

Thanking you in advance

@NikkiR123, every case is different and everyone is different, of course. You have to decide what you are comfortable with. We sent everything we could to show evidence of our relationship since the day we met. It was possibly overkill BUT we are a same sex couple, with a 16 year age difference and we are both people of color. So... we just sent everything we had.

I-751 Joint Filing.

06-15-2021 - Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken.

05-26-2021 - Received NOA/extension letter. Notice date and postmarked 05-20-2021.

05-23-2021 - Received text message with Receipt #. YSC Potomac Center.

05-21-2021 - Checks cashed (processing on joint checking account)

05-07-2021 - I-751 received in Arizona.

Marriage-based AOS - Concurrent filing.

05-07-2019 - AOS Approved. Resident since date 05/07/2019.

05-06-2019 - AOS Interview

04-23-2018 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

03-16-2018 - Priority Date.

@NikkiR123 I just wanted to add to the following to my previous entry. My husband is from Malaysia and homosexuality is punishable by prison and caning in Malaysia. Thus, moving there is not an option for us. That is why we had to make sure his AOS was approved.

remember that your AOS petition lays the foundation for your I-751 Petition  for removal of Conditions which comes after AOS. So you might as well set yourself up for success and submit a comprehensive set of evidence from all angles.

that’s my humble 2 cents.

Thank you so much , my case is a little complicated too so I need to be sure it gets approved too , and I'd rather be safe then sorry so a little overkill is better than not ,especially ,as with my case a little complicated. I'm so happy for both you and your husband , I just don't understand how in today's world people still have to worry about who they love , anyways, I'm so happy you get to live with your love 💕. Thank again for always helping me with my questions, your humble 2 cents is always appreciate.
