CR-1 visa physical copy of green card

Hello,

My spouse recently (5 weeks ago) arrived to the US on a CR-1 visa. On her passport, there is a stamp stating "Upon endorsement serves as temporary I-551 evidencing permanent resident for 1 year". Reviewing the USCIS website, it mentions that a physical green should arrive in the mail within 4 to 8 weeks of admission into the US. However, she mentioned that when the CBP officer asked for an address, she provided our physical street address which does not receive mails. Is there anyway for me to check what address they have mailed the green card, if that was done at all? I paid the $220 fee required online as well and it was done before her visa was approved. The USCIS website says to change your address online from your account but there is no way to check the address they have on file (as far as I can tell but I could be wrong). Any help will be appreciated!

You were able to pay $220 fee before visa was approved? Never heard of such.

Anyway, change her address with USCIS asap to an address where usps delivers mails and hope the gc gets sent there.

You can track the card on ceac in case it's returned back due to non deliverable address.

The DS-260 has a section that asks what address you want the physical green card mailed to and you can go back and check that in CEAC, but it is also possible to request that it be mailed to a different address with CBP upon entry. You will have to ask your spouse for more details as far as whether that came up with the address question CBP asked.

Edit: and as for the timing of the immigrant fee payment, USCIS says:

Quote

We strongly encourage you to pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee after you pick up your immigrant visa from the Department of State and before you depart for the United States.
